Kalamazoo County is seeking qualified Offerors to provide qualified firms to provide a comprehensive e-Procurement and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. The County desires a secure, cloud-based solution that supports vendor registration and self-service, solicitation development and management, electronic submissions, evaluations, contract administration, reporting, workflow automation, and related procurement and contract management activities. The County's goal is to improve efficiency, transparency, compliance, vendor engagement, and long-term management of procurement and contract records.
