The County of Kalamazoo, on behalf of the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport (AZO), is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the Rental Car Lot Efficiency and Wayfinding Improvements Project located at 5235 Portage Road, Kalamazoo, Michigan 49002. The project includes parking lot rehabilitation, curb and sidewalk improvements, landscaping, electrical work, signage and wayfinding enhancements, pavement markings, and other related site improvements intended to improve traffic flow, customer experience, and operational efficiency within the airport's rental car facilities.
MDOT Construction Prequalification is required for this project. Offerors must be prequalified through MDOT in at least one required work classification and shall provide documentation demonstrating current prequalification status with their proposal. Refer to the solicitation documents for complete requirements.
Questions and requests for clarification related to definition or interpretation of this RFP shall be submitted in writing prior to date and time specified above by email to: purchasing@kalcounty.gov.
