Kalamazoo County is seeking qualified Offerors to provide inmate commissary services for residents at the Kalamazoo County Jail. Services shall include the provision of snacks, hygiene products, and other approved items, as determined by the Sheriff’s Office, for an average daily population of approximately 500 inmates. Commissary services shall be provided once or twice per week, as directed by the Sheriff’s Office. The selected vendor shall be responsible for all off-site packaging of commissary items and for the delivery and distribution of such items to the facility and to residents by vendor personnel.

The Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office seeks to contract with a qualified vendor to provide telecommunications and technology services for residents within the Kalamazoo County Jail. Services shall include telecommunications systems with FCC-compliant pricing, as well as optional entertainment and educational services, as approved by the Sheriff’s Office.
The selected vendor shall be responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and ongoing support of all systems, including on-site service and troubleshooting with a dedicated technician assigned to the facility.
